Tiiu Mortley

Tiiu Mortley, theatre maker & performer, trained at Dartington College of Arts, specialising in contemporary theatre and performance.

Having always had a passion for performing, she hopes to continue pushing the boundaries of what people 'think' being disabled looks like, through her creative work. She is passionate about disability politics, and understands the urgency for 'us' to remain visible and vocal about living with a disability, so that one day, we might finally change some outdated perceptions on how people living with a disability engage with the world.

Fun fact, Tiiu trained in Aerial performance for the Paralympic opening Ceremony, learning, hoop, static trapeze and harness work. She's never been so fit. And probably never will be again.
